It is my first module, accept all kinds of criticism.
I have a forum and wanted just that, show the last X posts on the main page.
V.0.1 features:
It can set the number of posts to display.
You can set the text "Last Messages. "
Thanks Maurice Makaay for orientation.

Great addition!
This module didn't work for me right out of the box. I had to change the php open tags from <? to <?php otherwise it cut the homepage.
I think this module deserves more attention. Language support and its own template file for instance. Right now, you have to edit the actual script which isn't difficult, just not very appealing.
I'll change it over to a standard looking template with the corrected tags and upload it when I get chance. It could use a date/time stamp too. In the meantime, it does its job.
Thanks!
