Hi Maurice, I have a problem with too many file in the tmp directories. Our Web provider deactivated our Web site today because he said we had too much activities. I'm not very good with UNIX. Hi, My forum is hosted at Pair.com. They seem to have automatic program to shut down directories when something is going on with there server. The directory on which is Phorum 5.16a installed has been temporaily deactivated by my provider. I had to call them up to find our what was going on. Hi Sheik, Indeed Velum and I are friends and are working on the same forum project... However, I think my original idea is a good one. Making certain module available to certain user only comes down to giving certain extra privilege to the supporting members. Which modules are made available to all users vs to certain Group only is just a matter of choice and personal experience not a topic

Hi Maurice, Use the last version for the French file. I changed a few words to make it more explicit and corrected a gramar mistake. About the module, I installed it. All works expect the GIF image. I get a bis rectangular blank. Any idea why? Thanks, Yves

Hi, Like other webmaster, I also think that it is desirable to let "anonymous" or non-registered user post in a forum. However, we all know that spamers are usually non registered user. Well I'm might be a lost cause. I did what you propose and add "hook: list|mod_userrank" Then I tried to ad various variable in the list.php and list_threads.php but nothing works.
