Hi Joe, Thank you very much for your interest. I'm short on time and big on ideas.. lol I agree your template is very nice. Its clean and compact. Thank you again for your eagerness and I'll look forward to your work and I think this would be very interesting to see how productive a FaceBook login will be for other Phorum Admins.

Hi, I have a problem with some posts becoming invisible after our last upgrade. I first noticed this after the upgrade with one of the users and I was able to clear it up by doing a DB cleanup/repair. Now I'm finding users complaining of older posts missing and they are worried of the lost items. Normally the text is intact within the DB but, not displaying within the forums properly.

Hi, I was just looking at the recent messages mod and install on my site. I think this is a great tool for users and admin's alike. I like that I can keep tabs of ongoing conversations and new posts/replies. My idea is to possibly have a self updating page option. I know this can be done in javascript but, figured maybe a cleaner page reload would nice. I would like to see this done for

Wow! That works great. Its AMAZING how fast my phorum is working with all of that stuff not having to load. Even though its things I don't host (counters, images, etc).. its much faster. Thank you. I'm hoping to come up with a realistic limit on signature sizes and limits (no html, html allowed or bbcode only).

Turning off Signatures for all users - 17 years ago

Hi, I'm considering turning off signatures for all users temporarily. I believe I changed the DB fields for the signatures a long time ago. I now have users with VERY large signatures filled with countdown clocks, text and images. This is slowing my site down for the average user. So I would like to turn off the signatures or disable them until users edit them via their control panels. Sadly

Do i need to do something to my templates to get the (disable previews) to show up? It doesn't seem to be working for my templates. I updated some of the templates but, its still now showing.

I changed the API code back and changed the template to the current Emerald (not my own). What I'm seeing is that the Preview is working on the read.php page when hovering over the Subject. My modified template doesn't have the subject as a link, but in Emerald its showing the preview box. I'm guessing their some type of code thats working with this Module to allow this to preview.

Hi, I just upgraded to the latest Phorum version. This mod is not working for me either. I changed the API code as requested. Its still not working in my templates.. I'll continue testing to make sure its nothing on my end. This is a great mod, thank you for the work.

I have the DNS Resolve set to "NO" and I'm on a dedicated server. The rest of phorum is running very fast but, I'm still noticing new posts are slow. Even if its a new topic. Their is a noticable pause... I'm wondering if it could be related to a DB setting when writing to the DB? I noticed most of my tables are InnoDB and it seems like the new ones are MyISAM within my P

I know I have resolve DNS off for users (IP is only showed for admins). My url is at I believe its been as much as 10 seconds delay after pressing the post button. The PM and other functions are fine and quick. So this one kind of stood out.

I've noticed that after upgrading to the current 5.2 that I'm having a delay when posting a message. I've seen this regularly and not sure if anyone else is having the same problem. I know this has been an issue with past versions.

Hi, When I attempt to use this Module everything seems OK until I send the PM. It just returns a white screen. I have over 27K registered users, so I'm wondering if its just timing out or something?
