Message_prune.php will create a fatal error in case messages are being pruned from a forum containing "Umlaute" (öäüÖÄÜ) in its name. Any remedy?

No, I have not been aware that Brian left. Maurice also disappeared without a note as far as I know. To attract developers Phorum needs to make money or create attractive incentives with the help of sponsors. Nobody will work for free. Why do other forums well? Why is Phorum on the decline? Because there is no change.I just find the overall style a bit questionable.

For many years now Phorum development has completely stalled. Thomas, is it not time to tell the plain truth about the future of the online-forum I once believed was the best among all? Could you please give some additional input? Do you have their API documentation? Why can't Tapatalk be integrated? - 13 years ago

Why does Tapatalk claim that there is no interest of the Phorum Development team to provide a plugin? Are both applications too incompatible? What are the issues with their API? Unfortunately, they don't let you see it when you are not a paying member. I am trying to understand better the implications. In any case, it would be very useful to build a bridge to them.
