Re: Moved posts: redirecting points to first post in a thread - 14 years ago
Quotemysza Hi, I've got problem with posts moved from one forum to another. Redirecting points to first post in the thread. Re: Moved posts: redirecting points to first post in a thread - 14 years ago
I wasn't clear. Our users have done a lot of links pointing to posts inside the thread. I had to move a lot of this threads into new forum. Now those links are broken. Redirecting misses the second arguments (message_id) and points to thread only.by mysza - Phorum Support

Follow this forum? - 16 years ago
My question is the same as Nacho more than two years ago: "Is there any way to have an option like: "Follow this Forum" that send an email every time, one thread of a forum, is updated. " Thanksby mysza - Phorum Support
Re: How to transfer users to drupal - 17 years ago
QuoteJoe Curia Quotemysza I would like to transfer existing Phorum users accounts to Drupal. What should I do? That said, you *MIGHT* be able to get away with importing the username, password, and email from the Phorum database to the Drupal database. I have not explored this idea at all, so please proceed with caution and test on an individual basis first. And as always, backup, backup, backuby mysza - v5/v6 Modules/Add-Ons

Re: Followed topics email notification problem - 17 years ago
QuoteThomas Seifert what is "Allow Email Notification for following topics" set to in the default settings and for the separate forum if its not inheriting from the default settings? Of course you are right, I feel stupid :) Thanks a lot!by mysza - Phorum Support
Re: Followed topics email notification problem - 17 years ago
QuoteThomas Seifert so they are subscribed but not with email notification? which template are you using? is it showing you two options to follow the topic like its done here in emerald? My site: I use a little bit modified "lightweight" template. No I've only one option during posting. Yes, they are subscribed but email is not send.by mysza - Phorum Support
Followed topics email notification problem - 17 years ago
Hi, I've problem with a topics email notification. Users do not get emails of followed topics. Email system generally works because PM notifications works, and user register email confirmation works too. Maybe it could be a trace that after posting (in followed thread) by user which marked "follow the thread by email" the email option is switched to "Off" (for thatby mysza - Phorum Support
Re: Last Post link without # - 17 years ago
QuoteMaurice Makaay We'd have to look into that. Maybe something simple in the URL generation code. At the moment I am not sure if the extension still does a lot of improving on the time consuming processes, so I vote for doing some benchmarking to see whether the gain in performance (especially the gain in memory efficiency) is still enough to make the extension worthwhile. I wonder abouby mysza - Phorum Support
Re: Last Post link without # - 17 years ago
QuoteJoe Curia Hmm, well, I am glad I was able to inadvertently guide you towards the actual problem. Of course I really appreciate your help. Sorry for wasting your time. Have you any idea why "Phorum PHP extension support" does mess like this?by mysza - Phorum Support

Wow! I've found the bug. I've installed "Phorum PHP extension support" a month ago. After switching it off today the # part of come back!by mysza - Phorum Support
Re: Last Post link without # - 17 years ago
QuoteJoe Curia The next step I see is to start working with your phorum_get_url.php file. First, lets make absolutely sure there is no phorum_custom_get_url messing up the url. Please comment out these lines in your phorum_get_url.php file. One change after I've commented these lines: admin pages are blank. Re: Last Post link without # - 17 years ago
QuoteJoe Curia Ok, that shows us the mod is working but unable to create the phorum_custom_get_url function. Please bear with me for one more upload which will test the existing phorum_custom_get_url function. If this works and the error is indeed generated by the existing phorum_custom_get_url function, you will want to immediately disable this module. I would go as far as recommending youby mysza - Phorum Support
Re: Last Post link without # - 17 years ago
QuoteJoe Curia That's ok, I'm a bit confused by now as well. It appears that your list/read files are fine. It also appears that my test module's phorum_custom_get_url function is not being run. Thanks for your patience on this. Please reupload/install/disable/enable the module attached here again. It should now at the very least flag a message indicating that it is indeed eby mysza - Phorum Support
Re: Last Post link without # - 17 years ago
QuoteJoe Curia That does appear to be a little bug... The solution works... QuoteJoe Curia As for the module messages not showing, please redownload/install the module from my post above, disable/enable it, and try to get the log again. I feel a little bit confused... Re: Last Post link without # - 17 years ago
QuoteJoe Curia For that particular error, my guess would be that your language file (forum/include/lang/YOURLANG.php) is missing the following line: $PHORUM['thous_sep']=","; or whatever your thousands separator should be (simply use $PHORUM['thous_sep']=""; if there is no separator This is a little "bug" of the phorum, I've got $PHORUMby mysza - Phorum Support

I've probably done something wrong. There is no events you write but I've got a lot (huge) number of: PHP notice: Undefined variable: PHP_SELF Sorry this first error it was my mistake, I fixed it. and PHP warning: strstr() [<a href='function.strstr'>function.strstr</ a>]: Empty delimiter User info: Anonymous user User IP address = 171.161.160.by mysza - Phorum Support
Re: Last Post link without # - 17 years ago
QuoteJoe Curia Please copy the attached no_custom_urls.php to your forum/mods folder and enable the No Custom URLs mod from the admin section. See if that changes anything for your list/read pages. This should override any other attempts to set a custom url. Sorry but the mod didn't change anything...by mysza - Phorum Support

Re: upgrade problem file 2005091400 - 18 years ago
QuoteMaurice Makaay That is a script from the time when our db layer core code did not have a retrieve-single-row function. Luckily, we do nowadays. That means that we can rewrite the upgrade script a bit to make it work. Can you try the change that I just committed under changeset 3526 ? upgrade problem file 2005091400 - 18 years ago
Hi, I've got database with a lot of private messages (23 230 records), the script "2005091400.php" fails because of lack of memory. It's nothing strange - whole records are put into the '$upgrade_queries[]' variable. Any suggestions?by mysza - 5.1 Phorum Support
