Thank you for your response. Do you know if i can upgrade only the spam hurdle api file only ? or the whole spam mods only ? without upgrading the whole phorum ? (I know I should upgrade all, but i have a very specifi install and if i remember well, i can't do a simple upgrade to the whole)

Hello, In the eventlog, i have every minute nearly a Debug error message "spamhurdles Module PHP notice: String offset cast occurred" What can I modify and where or function to add somewhere to get rid of this message ? Hello, I'm sure i did find some time the description of an .htaccess file that were allowing to have all phorum3 urls to redirect to the new phorum5 urls (after migration). I have been looking a while today using both internal search and Google without finding it again. If someone could point the thread... thanks

Hello, I intend to migrate from 3.4 to 5.2. My main issue is to migrate the forums_auth table as i did create a lot of fields in it : 90 fields to be precise ! and I have more than 35.000 users. Hi, I recently noticed that I had different numbers of rows between my 2 tables of my Phorum (3.4.4). The main table, listing subjects of posts has a lower number than the table ending with bodies; sometimes, it's only few differents (less than 10), sometimes it's more. I had few scratches of the database itself recently, and I guess that this issue occured when the db crashed.

Well, I'm on a "shared" server... to be honest, even still on PHP 4.2 ! like a bunch of their customers I guess. They have a migration capability to migrate to their new platform... that is on 5.0.4 ! and they don't plan to go on 5.2 yet. their mysql release is more recent (and fine with latests phorum requirements). if it should be working on php 5.0, then, that's

Hello, I would like to move from my 3.4.4 phorum to 5.2.9. At the same time, i'm converting all my other scripts of my site from php3 to php5. Is it really mandatory to move from 3.4.4 to 3.4.8 before to 5.2.9 or could it work from 3.4.4 to 5.2.9 directly ? I do have a ssh access, but a restricted one as i'm on a shared web hosting service. So i have allways timeout when i do request that are requiring more than 30 seconds. Even a mysql dump on the whole db is requiring more time. So, I will try to access the db from home.
