Modules are small packages that increase or change the functionality of Phorum in some way, without changing any of the main Phorum code.

Re: Internal error on trac - 19 years ago
Well but it is probably blocking people from posting real bug reports. Why not use a combination of "bad behaviour" and capatcha. That would probably have less false positives.by amilcarpt - 5.1 Phorum Support
Internal error on trac - 19 years ago
Hello, On I fixed the bug description a bit, but somehow there is an internal error in the trac system, that reports: Akismet rejected spam. I did not post spam, I used my valid e-mail address. This is very strange indeed. Can someone check this ?by amilcarpt - 5.1 Phorum Support
Re: SPAMMERS - 20 years ago
Why don't you simply update your old phorum to "Phorum 5.1.16" and install one or more of the anti-spam modules:by amilcarpt - 5.1 Phorum Support

OK, I've done it. Now it does not require you to edit the english.php file (it includes it's own language file) I've also fixed some navigation links and simplified the code. This module version REQUIRES PHORUM >= 5.1.10 !!!by amilcarpt - 5.1 Phorum Modules / Add-Ons

Re: Translations of phorum 3.4.x - 20 years ago
You could also use a Phorum 5 version that is compatible with MySQl 3.23.* One can be found here: Disclamer: That version works fine and AFAIK contains no bugs (worked in production for 6 months without a single issue). But it is not supported by the phorum5 development team.by amilcarpt - 5.1 Phorum Language Files
