I have an old Phorum board that I want to keep for archival, but that is inactive.
It was also getting a lot of spam, which I deleted. I’m also getting several signs-up a day from bot users.
Is there a way to close registrations all together? (right now they are at “Verified by a moderator and via email” but that is not enough.
I also put the forum read-only but it seems like it’s still
No change ... but the problem seems to become really from the French version of something (see my Edit higher) ...
And if I delete french.php files of bbcode, edition toolbar and smileys mods, also no change. A encode/charset problem ? I believe all is in utf-8.

Yes ... When I use Emerald, The toolbar is here and works ! I've only edited a bit header.tpl, css.tpl, config.tpl and footer.tpl ...

I've just installed Phorum, and adapted the default theme for my needs. I would like to add a edition toolbar like here on message writing page. I have enabled Editor tools, BBcode et Smileys mods, but no results. How to do this ?

Je viens d'installer mon premier Phorum (mais pas mon premier forum, loin de là), et après avoir très rapidement adapté le thème par défaut à mes besoins, j'aimerais :
- Mettre en place la barre d'édition. J'ai activé le plugin ainsi que celui pour les smileys et le BBCode, mais rien n'apparait. Il y a t'il une manipulation supplémentaire ?
