Yes but the plugin's template. Go to mods/resolved/templates and copy/paste the "default" directory to "template" in the same directory: 

cd mods/resolved/templates
cp -r default emerald

Thomas you are right. This are the errors i got:

[30-Sep-2009 14:04:46] PHP Fatal error:  phorum_get_file_contents: file "./mods/resolved/templates/emerald/editor_before.tpl" does not exist in subs/forum/include/templates.php on line 741

Update:
I copy the template folder in mods/resolved/templates and paste this under the name of emerald template in same folder. 
mod/
  resolved/
    templates/
      template
      emerald


Now it works for me.

Only one PHP Notice is still in error log: 
[30-Sep-2009 14:46:31] PHP Notice:  Undefined variable: t_msg in /subs/forum/mods/resolved/resolved.php on line 44

Hello,

installed this mod into Phorum 5.2.19 with template Emerald_Alt .
My folder/file structure is

\mods\resolved\templates\emerald\editor_before.tpl

but I still get the following php error

I have this error after installing this module
