It would be nice if I could block a user by computer or router MAC Address. Currently if booted, they just create more user IDs and start up again. Even moderated I don't want some of these users on the site. I can't block them by IP address as their IPs are not static.

You can't block anything in the internet by MAC address. That address is not transferred to your server or through the router at all.

People I want to get rid of. When deleted, they create a new user id and start up again.
