New Version
Fixed an issue with invalid entities. Added author and category to the feed. Added forum name to subject when pulling rss for whole phorum.

Does this have to do with the signs used in the forum?
This is an implemented test page but just the title show up [www.serbia-today.com]

if you use UTF-8 thats the case.

on my forum, rss.php can not display letters like ö ä and ü.

With Fireforx, Mozilla, i get a a full output, but
with ie6 i get an error:

I suggest to add a charset definition to both header and xml entity. Obviousely an author must contain an email address, so maybe it should only be displayed when an adress is present.
With these changes implemented this Feed validates with [www.feedvalidator.org]. (On my server it does not without those changes.)
Users who are interested in providing RSS 1.0, ATOM, OPML and other feeds as well, should take a closer look at Kai Blankenhorns FeedCreator Class [www.bitfolge.de]. I think it's quite easy to use.
