I have a forum that displays in threaded view. What I'd like to do is replace the subject on the index page with the text ignored. I've been trying to edit my list_threads.tpl file to do this but it doesn't seem to work. I've attached it below. For some reason the list_threads page doesn't seem to recognize mod_ignore when called.

There are multiple read related templates. You probably want to edit all of them to include a link at an appropriate spot. You might now be editing a template that is not used by your current read view. The read templates are:

read.tpl
read_threaded.tpl
read_hybrid.tpl

I just can't get this to work. I've created the custom field and unchecked the disable HTML box.

I'm using the emerald template. I can't find where to add the two line of code. No matter where I put them, I'm never presented with a choice of ignoring a user.

edit: Doh, it does work - just had to enable HTML for the custom field..

I published a new version of my German Language Files Package which includes also translations for you module in two character sets iso-8859-1 and utf-8.

Please add the attached language files to the next release of your module and remove maybe existing old style files like german.php oder german-sie.php. Thanks!

I think this module needs a complete rewrite adapting it to Phorum 5.2.

I got the module working in me Phorum version 5.2.15a, but:

- Custom Profile Field should be created automatically by the module (what about length of this field?)
- Template support missing
- Template customization doesn't mention read_hybrid.tpl and read_threads.tpl
- Incomplete info.txt: author, url, required_version and version are missing
- Module offers also to hide guest posts which doesn't make sense and doesn't work

Too bad. This is a nice little module though. I couldn't find any other module either that can block private messages.

My guess is that the mod_ignore custom field that you created does have the "Disable HTML" flag enabled. You should disable that flag for the kind of storage that this modules requires.

Just a simple change - phorum_user_save to phorum_api_user_save done twice and it works like a charm again.
