notify user by email/vote for a post

Hi! Can anyone tell me if such features exist with Phorum?

1) I'd like users to be notified by email when others post on their topics.

2) I'd like to give users the possibility to vote for a post (agree/disagree).

Are these included with Phorum 3.4.6. Are these add-on features I have to program myself?

Where does one indicate they want to be notified when a reply is sent to their post? Are is this something set-up in admin? Where in admin?

no, just if anonymous users will see this checkbox is defined through the admin.
for logged-in users the checkbox in the bottom is just there.

btw. but your question is a support-question and has nothing to do with mods.
