"Default" Time Zone has changed.
Users may correct this in their Control Center at Options\Forum Settings.

Hi, I seem unable to download any of the modules, zip or tar files in the modules forum, I'm getting a 404 error from the links.

fixed again, wasn't actually related to the server change.

As I have stopped working your forum via ip Germany. Fortunately, he recovered. Maybe the problem is my proxy (advanced.name if matters), or any system settings.
