You have created really broken HTML code and Firefox does not respond well to that. I see that you added a huge load of advertisements inside the <head> section of the header.tpl. Content elements like that can only go in the <body> section. The <head> section is for things like the title, javascript and css code. I bet the unmodified coffee cup template does work in Firefox.

I merged your posting with the existing firefox question. Those are the exact same issue: the created HTML code is broken. It is really unpredictable what things look like when putting body elements in the page header.
