Template: Tabbed Emerald

Hi I'm using this template but I was wondering if it was possible to ALSO show all the forums in one tab, ALONG with all the other folders as tabs. Thanks!

This is not possible in a standard template I think.
You would need extra code to setup and fill the data.

It would require a rewrite of the template which I don't have time for right now. To be clear, you want to keep all the forums in their individual folders, but have all of the folders/forums show in a "Main" tab which would look similar to the way the Phorum site shows all folders/forums on one page. You would then also have each folder as a tab which would only display the forums it contains.. Wouldn't this get a bit confusing for your visitors? I think it would be better to allow them to choose templates in their control center so they have the option of all forums or tabbed view.

The name of any template is found in the info.php file in the templates directory, you can change it in that file.

Hi I changed the forum settings so that you could select which forum to use as you suggested but then the format of Tabbed Emerald totally got messed up. I changed the settings back to what they were before and that didn't fix the problem. An image of what my forum looks like now with Tabbed Emerald is below. Do you know why this happened? I didn't change any Tabbed Emerald code. I also reloaded the Tabbed Emerald template from the attachment above, but this didn't help.

why is the template doing this?
