heading and description by addons

Hello,
in the templates it's necessary to change this Code:

Quote
header.tpl
{! This <div> holds info about the active page (heading and description) }
<div id="page-info">

{IF HEADING}

The heading and description now shows by addons the text from the forum.
that's not good by:
- recent messages (default: any forums) [www.phorum.org] - nice to look ;-)
- addon.php?66,module=google_maps,addon=usermap

The forum-number is necessary for the template to use, but heading and description is mostly false :-(

Alternative the addon.php must be changed to overwrite heading- and descriptioninfomations.

Thanks
Berti

I speek swabian and german very well - not english :-(

I think thats a thing for modules to handle. they could override the heading if needed.

Hello Thomas,
also by PM you can see the superfluous forumdescription:
[www.phorum.org]

Thanks

I don't really see this as superfluous. its simply title and description of the current forum.
You can change this to be displayed only on the pages you want with some conditions in the template.
