Avatar module

I can't get this module to work. I am not experienced in programming at all and when I try to make the template changes I don't really know what to do and what files to alter. The readme file says there are variables that I can use. How??? It seems this module only works for experienced programmers.

Why don't you post your template changes? Make sure your module files are complete and the module has been activated.
