Okay, thanks. Is there a variable to get the HTTP Path setting I set in General Settings. Like {PHORUM->HTTP_PATH} maybe?

Try {URL->HTTP_PATH}

fantastic.

After creating an htaccess file and copying it into the root forum folder and activating it, sadly I saw no change.

after am update from .7 to .9, I now get URLs looking like this

[iloveqatar.net] to [iloveqatar.net]

[iloveqatar.net] to [iloveqatar.net]

Just noticed the module shows up as 1.0.1 in the module section even though it's title 1.0.4 in the zip folder.

The url showing as /index/ is correct, that means the url's are transformed. And the version number is indeed 1.0.4, i forgot to update that in the config file.

I can confirm that I also have issues with uploaded images.

They do not show at all.

Please see [iloveqatar.net] for an example of a freshly uploaded attachment. This affects all attachments.

Additionally, if you've just come from the edit screen or from a specific message, it doesn't show the SEF URL, but rather www. iloveqatar. net /forum /27 /5221 /5221 #msg-5221

I've also tested directly uploaded images.

For example, I've uploaded an image to a server, placed it in the signature and it will not show.

There seems to be an issue with the 'embed' module perhaps?

Just confirmed that it is an issue with embed_images. Your module conflicts with Maurice's.

To recap, here are my issues.

Images cannot be emedded or show in the forum

URLs are not SEF friendly if linking to a particular post in a thread.

'Last post' links do not display SEF friendly URLs (because it includes the #msg at the end which links to a specific post)
