Under the module settings look for - How to handle multiple attachments: and select Show custom icons for every attachment.

My community recently voted that linear view was their preferred style over threaded (boo them!). This means we now only see the original subject line from the topic starter in the message list page now.

What I would like to see in this module, would be that custom attachment icons from any replies to a particular topic be shown in the original subject of the topic starters post.

So if the topic starter did not attach anything, and then reply #3 attached a pic, reply #5 embedded a YouTube video, and reply #7 attached a PDF file, then all 3 icons would be displayed on the message list page in the subject of the topic starter who never attached anything to begin with.

I hope that made sense :-)

Thanks for the suggestion Bob. I have completed v5.2.1.05 of this module with the following changes:

- Enhancement: Added the option to show the icons for all of the attachments from each message in a thread on the non-threaded list page. Thanks go to Phorum user Robert Angle for suggesting this feature. I have attached screenshots of a test post displaying this feature.

- Enhancement: Added support for the Admin Token required by Phorum 5.2.11 and beyond.

- Bugfix: Full URL's are now used for images rather than relative paths. This provides compatibility for the SEF URL's module. Thanks go to Phorum user CBiLL for pointing out this bug.

- Bugfix: Ignoring the template edit warning will now ignore the warning on both the front end and the module settings page. Thanks go to Phorum user CBiLL for reporting this issue.

Thanks. That was quick.

In the admin section, however, I see this on the first line of settings....

Your templates have not been edited to include the custom attachment icons.
You can, however, ignore this warning if you do not want to edit certain pages:

Now I didn't do anything special with this module upgrade, and it is working fine. I also do not see any warning messages on the public boards. I have this unchecked. It looks like I can ignore it though, or that this was just a static statement in the admin section for the settings.

Again though, everything is functioning the way I wanted, and i thank you very much.

Now for another idea, could this module be made compatible with the "Last Post" module that displayed a name and link to the most recent message on the index page. I'm kinda imagining that it might be a template edit, and not a mod thing.
