I was trying to display the voting results on the list display but encountered a problem with the cache_id field within the topic poll meta data. How can I best resume/access the message with the latest cache_id? (When a user votes he can't see his vote on the list display.) Thank you!

I'd like to request a feature for this module:

An option to list the usernames of who voted for each option.

This would make the poll non-anonymous, but would be useful in knowing who was voting for what, and more importantly, who has and hasn't voted. My forum has less than 40 users, and the polls I want to conduct only survey about 15 people, so this wouldn't be overwhelming. You'd probably want a check preventing the display of greater than 100 usernames for large forums.

Hi Maurice Makaay,

I have created a Simplified Chinese translation file.

: )

[file removed; now included in the module package]

Hi,
I can't save the Module-Settings, when ever I hit "Save Settings" after configuring in the admin I get the message:
Quote

You are accessing the admin after a security timeout.

The requested URL was:

http://[...]/phorum/admin.php/?phorum_admin_token=2a63ed74fc56df9b9115cbb0a4afef38

Please make sure that you really want to access this URL and weren't tricked to go to the admin.
Please click on continue to go to this URL or on cancel to go to the forum homepage.

Then I hit "continue" but the module-settings are not saved.

It's the only Module that does this so far (I turned the otherones off by the way to prevent any conflicts).

Any Ideas as to the cause of this?
Thanks
pat

Did you try upgrading the Topic Poll module itself? The latest version should work fine in combination with the admin security measures that are resulting in the error message that you see.

Hi Maurice,

I'm using Module-Version 1.0.20 in combination with Phorum-Version 5.2.18 I think that's pretty much uptodate isn't it? I can't see that I made a mistake somewhere can you think of something?

it must be something on the serverside. I tried with a local xamp install and it works with the same phorum and module version but the online version doesn't.

Online-System:
Apache 2.6.37 (Linux)
MySQL-Client-Version: 5.5.25
PHP Erweiterung: mysql
PHP Version 5.3.13

Local-System
Apache/2.2.21 (Win32)
MySQL-Client-Version: mysqlnd 5.0.8-dev - 20102224 - $Revision: 310735 $
PHP Erweiterung: mysql
PHP Version 5.3.8

OK, I badly need this Module is there a way I can hardcode the settings without using the admin?
