How do I stop posts from 163.com?

How do we stop posts from 163.com? They register with an e-mail address at 163.com but of course the name used changes each time. We are on Phorun version 5.2.23.

Use "Ban Lists" in the Admin panel.

Using Phorum since 7/2000: forum.langzeittest.de (actual version 5.2.23)
Modules "Made in Germany" for version 5.2: Author_as_Sender, CarCost, Close_Topic, Conceal_Message_Timestamp,
Format_Email, Index_Structure, Mailing_List, Pervasive_Forum, Spritmonitor, Terms_of_Service and German_Language_Files_Package.

Admin--GlobalSettings--Ban Lists
Field to Match drop down " IP Address/Hostname "
Enter the host name
Save
Test

You may need to use the email field on the drop down.

Yes.
Test whatever you do by attempting to register "something at 163.com" , and see if it was successful.
