Pictures against a background

How put in picture against a background?

Tried am it over header.php,interpolation body background,but up display me stay
necklace background near navigation.....

when you create a forum, you have to put any "suffix" to the forum and then you go to include directory and create header_suffix.php (from header.php archive) and in this file you put the body background (html code).

If you do this on header.php, the same pictures is used for all the new forum you creates later...
