This is a reply from my host provider, please, could anybody help me on this?

Thanks.

................................................................................................
It is still getting stuck in the place it was before. This is from
mysqladmin proc
| 355 | root | localhost | foros | Query | 71 |
Copying to tmp table | SELECT thread, modifystamp, count(id) AS tcount,
FROM_UNIXTIME(modifystamp) AS latest, max(id) as ma |

That query needs to be optimized in some fashion. I'm hesitent to try and
hunt through your forum source code to find the location myself, since
that could take a long time. Can you see if the author has any
suggestions? You're getting 100% of the CPU time on this system, and
using up 600-800MB RAM, just with a bunch these queries
