I can't Convert the UTF-8 "TradChinese.php"
to Simplified Chinese character gb2312.

Can you give me the big5 edition?

I'm using it but experience a painful failing.
the utf-8 works fine, still,it doesn't match the code which seems to be the forum default.

So, when I use UTF for recoding, the title doesn't show correctly, and vice versa.

Is it a problem of the lang file or of my settings?
