Okay, I got the Korean file over to UTF-8, and successfully converted that to a 5.1.22 version.
I used the Unifier (exe) program to convert from Korean (Wansung). Here's where I downloaded it from: [www.adresa.ro]
I still need to go through and either just put the English in, or do online automated translations. Ultimately, I am hoping my users help fine tune the language files that are incomplete in the first place, or incomplete for the latest version of Phorum.
