Irob, it seems you have no clue what you are doing.
The php-code you changed was completely bogus.

what version are you using? change the templates on your own if you need nowrap there. thats what templates are for.

It is a complete new installation which was done yesterday.

It is the original installation of phorum-5.0.13a.zip

AFter it, I added the brian's version "treeview.zip", look the code here:
[phorum.org]

Then I saw this dicussion here. After installing brian's version - which was sucessful - I added the code of D-Rex "GAP FIX FOR TREEVIEW",

Then I made you the screenshoots of the result. This is all. And now I try to find out the error in the codes of Brian and D-Rex.

I did not change anything by myself.

heh, nice idea but:
- please post it as a new mod ;)
- what does it look like if you have 100 levels deep?
- it doesn't fill the forum until the right side

Ah, come on. It doesn't matter. "testtest" of Russia fixed the whole treeview-problem and all the bugs of Brian - within some minutes.

it is phorum5 and has treeview like phorum3 with the _right_ one images and thread-structures, see [forums.vl.ru]

We only need a download-URL now and you still do not have a own download-section for templates and modules. ;-)

It does matter. If its a couple of levels deep and you don't see the posts its a real problem.

Yes, and I also told it was nice work. I just gave recommendations to make it even better.

Yes, still no one contributed one. Do you code it?
Thats why this forum is here to have them collected and downloadable.

I know you re talking about. It was the same problem in phorum3. And it will always be a human problem which cannot be solved with a software.

I think, it is a exceptional case if you have more than 100 child-replies to 1 child-message. The normal way is, that there is 1 parent-message and there are some child-replies. Something like this here:

[forums.vl.ru]

A child to child reply and more children with supermore children-replies - a slalom like in skiing with over 300 messages, which presses the tree-structure more to the right side. The more children-replies to 1 child-message, the more the threadtree is pressed to the right side. (right?) That's very seldem, I think so.

Or are you talking about treeview-problems like in such cases:

Sure, I can make a download-template, of course. I thought, you already have such things like this. Well, I think, it is easy to add another forum to this forum whereas this new forum is used as a pure download-area. Is this the thing what you want? (Hmm, the limit for your attachments here at phorum.org are only 50k?)

These forums were meant to be that. Pity that they mixed downloads and discussion far too much.

Yeah, with compression you get half of a whole forum in that ;).
