Did you turn off the option "Disable HTML" for this profile field by unchecking the checkbox behind it?

We really need enable and disable hooks for modules. Then they could create their own profile fields and init their settings.

On the mods "HTML Phorum Mod" is on, is this what you are asking?

No, that's not what I am asking. Allright, in little steps then:

* Go to the admin interface.
* Click on "Custom Profiles" in the menu.
* Click on "edit" behind the "mod_user_avatar" field.
* Look at the checkbox that is behind "Disable HTML".
* That checkbox must be unchecked.

Done as you say, but the problem remains the same. When I uncheck the avatar blockage checkbox I save it and it returns checked. What a frustration... :(

I have this same problem, which I mentioned way back when. Until now, the Disable HTML was checked on the avatar custom field, but even unchecking it doesn't change the behavior of the checkbox in the user control center. It always comes back checked when you save the options.

Also forgot to mention, when I upload files under Edit My files, and try to view one of the uploaded files, I get back a page with only
"[www.hdrpg.com];

Doesn't show the image.

lol, forgot to mention. When I upload a file under Edit My Files, and then go to Edit My Avatars, I get the following error:
Warning: getimagesize(http://www.hdrpg.com/projecthdrpg/file.php?0,file=84): could not make seekable - [www.hdrpg.com] in /home/hdrpgco/public_html/projecthdrpg/include/controlcenter/mod_avatar.php on line 90

I confirmed that the files folder chmod was 777.

I run the avatar mod and store in the images in the dbase. No problems whatsover and I run some big forums with it.

Sorry, my last three posts were meant for the other Avatar module thread.

However, does this mod require that files be stored in the DB? I use the Filesystem storage mod...
