Module to attach multiple files at once?

Is there already a module available to attach multiple files at once? For instance by putting them into a single zip file and let them unzip automatically after uploading?

you can already attach multiple files at once with multiple file-input fields.
I think doing the same with a zip-file requires a module for 5.2 using its file-api.

Do you mean the "Attach another file" possibility? Or is there another feature I do not know about yet? By the way, I am using Phorum 5.1.22

yes, thats the possibility I meant even though I thought it would be multiple fields at once, sorry.

The underlying code for the 5.1/5.2 posting editor supports multiple file input fields by default. We did not put this feature in the templates however, because users can easily run into troubles if uploading multiple files at once (upload timeout, POST data size exceeded).
