That's a problem that I also saw happening on 5.2. See this thread. Recognize the fix for 1.0.9? =) My apologies for not updating this thread as well. I'll upload the new mod version right away.

"Who are" vs. "Who is": I'll need some input from a native English speaker for that. In Dutch, "Who is" suggests that only one user would be allowed to create polls.
In Proper English, "Who ARE" is plural, "Those who are allowed" and "Who IS" is singular, "One who is allowed." however, people do take liberties with the written word...
so I believe "who ARE" is correct in this context, but people are used to japanenglish translations of websites and technical manuals, sometimes get used to seeing things wrong.
I am a native American English speaker. I am not an English scholar, but I am better than average at grammar.
I can't tell you what all the specific rules all, but I can give you examples of right and wrong...
Wrong:
1. Who are allowed to create polls in this forum?
2. People who is allowed to create polls in this forum:
Right:
1. Who is allowed to create polls in this forum?
2. People who are allowed to create polls in this forum:
Context is everything.
That said, I noticed the flaw but I wasn't going to nitpick until I saw the discussion. I knew what you meant.
I do have a request though:
Can we have an option to enable this mod without having to set up each forum individually? I've got over a dozen forums and want the same settings for all of them and it's kind of a pain.

Okay clear. Apparently the basic nature of "who" is singular in English. I'll update this.

I'll add this to the TODO list for the module, but don't expect anything soon from me in this field. I'm currently pretty overloaded with other work and don't have much time to work on module development. If anybody else wants to provide a good patch for this, then it would be great.

The poll is behaving like expected. You created it with the setting "Only registered users can vote" and you are not viewing the poll as a registered user. Therefore, you cannot vote.

Hello all!
I'm trying to figure out a way to only present the reply postings after the user has cast his vote in the poll.
I plan to use the CSS display:none property to hide things till the user casts a vote.
How can I relay to the template the condition of a users vote?
Thanks.

That would require quite a bit of fiddling... I added a feature for this to the module. Maybe you can try out if version 1.0.11 suits your needs. When creating a poll, the message author can shoose whether or not to show the replies to users that did not yet cast a vote.
