Hello!

Does anyone know how I can get in touch with the owners of this project? I am a PHP developer and business owner, and I am looking to make an offer to take over the Phorum project, and give it the love and attention it deserves!

Phorum is currently open source.
Despite a lack of interested developers, you are free to Fork Phorum at GitHub, and go in your own direction.
Or...
You may generate a Pull Request at GitHub, and contribute changed, improved, php 7+ compatibility, or bug fix code to Phorum. If it is useful, it will get merged.

As a user/admin, I am more interested php 7+ compatibility, than a rewrite. Others may have other opinions.

I third his opinion. PHP 7 compatibility is a must. I'd love for this project to live on as I've been looking at alternatives and so far haven't found what I'm looking for.

Were you able to proceed with your vision to allow Phorum to live on?
