Problems with trac.phorum.org?

Hi,

I observed unusual of trac a few weeks ago which are still there:

1) Can't choose 5.2.13, it only let's me choose 5.2.12a

2) I just created [trac.phorum.org] , but I can't upload attachments; this didn't work a few weeks back, too

I've added the missing version now, that was just an oversight.
For the attachments, I have no idea yet why. It appeared with a trac upgrade some time ago and I can't find any problem in the logs.
