Just wondering why work is contunuing on phorum 3 at the same time as phorum 5?

phorum3 will "die" with 3.4-final, at least from my point of view there will be only bugfixes.

Yeah, 3.4 will be the last feature release. There will be 3.4.x versions, but only to fix bugs.
