User Avatar module doesn't work

I've followed the readme.txt instructions for user_avatar 2.2.0 meticulously, but still cannot get it to work. Uploading files is enabled, I've uploaded allowed image file types within the size constraints, I can see them in Edit My Files, but under Avatar Options in the Control Center, I get No Avatar:





Any ideas? Using Phorum v5.1.22

if you got problems with a given module you should post in the thread of that given module.
But as Phorum 5.1.x and all modules for it are badly outdated I doubt that there will be much support for them.
