Moved Phorum, but error with internal links

I have just moved phorum version 5.1.25 to another server using a mysql backup from the old server. When I go to the index page all looks fine, but when I click on a link like "login" it takes me to a url on the old server, any ideas where I've gone wrong?

correct the url in the admin
admin -> general settings -> http path
