Phorum 5.0.4 Released

There have been many improvements in the last two weeks. The below are the major feature changes and important bug fixes. In addition to these, with your help, we fixed 67 more bugs. We aren't done, but we are getting closer every day.

In addition, the modules, hacks and language files are starting to slowly come in.

implemented dates formatted by locale

Added the date a user is registered and the ability to track when a user last used Phorum.

Added ability to detect if cookies are off on the browser.

Users can only search forums they are allowed to read now.

Added link to private messages to the default template, with number of new messages.

Added user_info hook so module writers could alter user sigs in read.php

fixed bug #489, selecting the max-id from wrong database in P3->P5 upgrade

added send_mail-hook for plugging into the sending of messages

fixed saving user-data in the cc

Added time limited editing option, users can edit their posts for X minutes
