Module: Private Message Alerts

This module alerts users to new private messages through on screen alerts. The alerts will only be shown once per message (or group of messages if more than one message was received between visits). The alerts will give the user the option of going directly to the PM page.

Installation and Usage:
By default the private message alerts will appear on all pages and cannot be disabled. The options available in the settings page are to not show alerts on PM pages and to allow the users to disable alerts for themselves.

FYI, this module works by recording a timestamp for the newest PM a user receives and a timestamp for the last alert displayed. The user will not receive another alert until the newest PM timestamp is newer than the timestamp for the last alert displayed.

Todo:
- Add other options for alerts, one possibility is a lightbox-like screen overlay instead of a popup alert

- Add further features as requested or as they pop into my head
