My users would like to be able to assign icons to threads. In my case to show which country the thread relates to.
Now we cheat a bit and let them put a flag in the subject (as a smiley) however this causes the flag (or whatever icon/smiley you use) to be replicated in the subject of every reply. Unless you remove the code of course but generally people are to lazy, myself included :-)
So I want the option to assign a single icon when a new thread is started. I suppose I would display it next to the newflag, but that is not so important. I checked the Mod-forum and could not find anything similar their. Perhaps someone has made something like it or could point me in the right direction has how to build the mod?
