The Phorum Shoutbox Module

I was searching the web when I found an installation of phorums 5.1 with a shoutbox module that worked using a sub forum. The module used javascript to allow users to post to a hidden subforum which was then displayed at the top of the index page in a little box that sort of looked like the normal announcements box...only it was a shoutbox. Is this module available, or is this a private hack they made themselves?

I'd recommend to simply ask the administrator of the other page you found.
If you didn't find it in the forums it was probably never released.
